If you came for the peaches and left with just the peaches, you missed the bakery on the way out.
- You’re an hour from St. Louis. Eat a dumpling now and you’ll think about it the whole way back.
- Ice cream pairs with everything we sell. Peach ice cream and a peach pie is a pretty good Saturday.
- The kids will spot the bakery counter before you do. Plan accordingly.
- Half the regulars come for the bakery first and remember the produce on the way out.

On the way in.
Get a scoop. Walk it around the orchard while you shop.
On the way out.
Box up apple dumplings. Grab a pie for tomorrow. Add a quart of ice cream to take home.
For the drive.
Eat one in the parking lot. The kids will too. Bring napkins.
For the week.
Box of dumplings reheats beautifully. Pies hold for two days. Ice cream lasts as long as you let it.
